Tone Škarja (1937-2020)

Tone Škarja (84) left us for ever. He had been a mountain guide since 1993, great alpinist, mountain rescuer, leader of many Himalayan expeditions, long-time head of the Slovenian Commission for expeditions to foreign mountains, an excellent writer, honorary member of the Slovenian Mountaineering Association.

We cannot miss the written thoughts of the mountain guide Andrej Štremfelj Steps in Tonet ‘s line, which reminds us that Tone left a deep trail that will remain visible for ever.
